Browsers

CGI:IRC is known to work well on Internet Explorer and Mozilla based browsers.

Browser Works?
Mozilla (netscape 6) Javascript interface works except some shortcut keys and pop-out formating buttons.
Netscape 4.x Works - using non-js interface
Mozilla Firefox 1.0 Works perfectly
Mozilla Firefox 1.5 Works perfectly
Internet Explorer >= 6 Fully works
Internet Explorer >= 5 (Almost) Fully works
Older Versions of Internet Explorer Not tested
Opera <=7 Works with non-js interface but some scrolling problems
Opera 8+ Works OK. Opera 9 is better, even works with Opera on Nintendo Wii!
KDE Konqueror Konqueror 3 works with 0.5.2+, konqueror 3.2 works better
Safari Works on recent versions. Had problems with streaming, however Safari 2 (i.e. Mac OSX Tiger) and Safari 1.3 (to some extent) are reported to support it (it seems to be related the CFNetwork loader, this can be changed in the Debug menu (by disabling the Simple Loader), unfortunately the changes aren't remembered).
Safari on iPhone Works, although cannot see channel while typing due to keyboard hiding it. See a picture.
Links Works (amazingly)
Nokia 3650 Reportedly works!
Windows Mobile 2003 IE Works, although there are scrolling and focus issues (and the screen is too small)

Thanks to Baldur Gislason/irc.foo.is who orginally compiled this chart.
