Ticket 61: Upgraded identd.pl! - multiple directorys support and code cleanup

I needed support for the CGI:IRC identd.pl script to also look in other directorys (not only in /tmp and that it works even if your EUID isn't the owner of it) and so I implemented this feature and also did some code cleanup (white spaces after commas).

I hope it will be added to the next release... And I am wondering if you would like a external configuration file for identd.pl (it can easily be done with perl's do() command that just includeas another perl file)?

Nice, I've changed it a bit to keep the checking owner stuff and made the paths configurable by settings on the command line.
